Q&A

Everything to know about RAFA.

A deeper look at the platform — the club, track days, driver development, media reach, and how investors and partners work with us.

About RAFA
What is the RAFA Family of Companies?

RAFA is a vertically integrated motorsports platform headquartered in Houston, Texas. We own and operate every layer of the motorsports fan journey — from the editorial that introduces a fan to racing, through the products and services they buy, to the members-only club where they end up.

Most brands in motorsports own one slice. RAFA operates six layers as a single platform: Media, Retail & Commerce, Racing Team, Driver Development, the Racing Club, and an IP & production engine that feeds it all back into the top of the funnel.

What does "Race As Family Always" actually mean?

It is the operating principle of the company. Every brand under RAFA is run as part of one family — shared audience, shared standards, shared loyalty. Drivers, members, partners, and staff are treated as long-term relationships, not transactions. The motorsports world is small, and we build like it.

Where does RAFA operate?

Headquartered in Houston, Texas with the flagship RAFA Racing Club at 15,000 square feet in Houston. The racing team operates out of Mooresville, North Carolina. Track days, race weekends, and driver development programs run at premier circuits across the United States, and our media platform reaches a global audience of motorsports fans.

Phase II includes ten total club locations with a global roadmap — we are actively evaluating markets in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia for expansion.

The Club & Membership
What is the RAFA Racing Club?

The RAFA Racing Club is the members-only destination at the bottom of our funnel. It is a private club for people who live and breathe motorsports — drivers, collectors, founders, and fans who want a permanent home in the sport.

Members get access to private track days, on-site coaching, garage and storage facilities, hospitality, lounges, race-weekend programming, and a national community of fellow enthusiasts. Houston is the flagship at 15,000 square feet, with ten total locations planned by Phase II.

How does membership work?

Membership is tiered. Entry tiers give occasional access to track days and club programming. Higher tiers add storage, priority booking, hospitality, and full competitive race-season support. Every tier includes the community and the network — which, for most members, is the real reason they join.

Applications are reviewed by the club team. Contact us for current openings, tier pricing, and the Houston member roster.

Do I need to be a racer to join?

No. The club is built for the full spectrum — from collectors and fans who want hospitality at race weekends, to weekend track-day drivers, to competitive racers running full seasons. Our coaching staff meets each member where they are.

Track Days & Experiences
What is a track day?

A track day is an organized event where drivers take a car onto a professional racing circuit in a safe, controlled environment with coaching and run groups sorted by experience level. It is not racing — there is no competition, no timing pressure, no wheel-to-wheel. It is the best way in the world to learn how to drive fast.

What does a RAFA track day include?

In-car professional instruction, classroom sessions between runs, low driver-to-instructor ratios, garage support, and full-service hospitality. You can bring your own car or arrive-and-drive in one of ours. Days are structured around progression — first-timers leave faster, safer, and ready for the next step.

What is the best track day for a beginner?

The best beginner track day pairs three things: professional instruction, a beginner-friendly run group, and a venue with real run-off space and modern safety standards. Our beginner program is built around that exact combination, with a clear path into the racing club for drivers who want to keep going.

How much does a RAFA track day cost?

Pricing varies by venue, run group, and whether you bring your own car or use one of ours. Single-day experiences start in the low four figures and scale up for arrive-and-drive packages and multi-day programs. Contact us for the current calendar and pricing.

Driver Development & Racing
What is RAFA Performance?

RAFA Performance is our driver and athlete development arm — a sub-entity of the Racing Club. It covers everything that makes a driver faster off the track: sim work, physical training, nutrition, vision and reaction training, and mental performance. Built for serious amateurs and pros alike.

Tell me about the RAFA Racing Team.

RAFA Racing Team is our factory-backed competition arm — a joint venture with eXclaim Motorsports, based in Mooresville, North Carolina. We race in IMSA, SRO, and ARCA/NASCAR. The team earned 32 race wins in the 2025 season, which is what earns us the right to put the word "racing" in our name.

Media & Reach
What is RAFA Media?

RAFA Media is the largest independent platform covering Formula 1 and MotoGP. It includes The Race, The Race Business, The Race Extra, The Race Studios, Driver DB, Grid Finder, and Traxion — a family of properties spanning editorial, commercial/business coverage, lifestyle, long-form video, the world's largest driver and results database (193K+ drivers), sim-racing community tools, and sim-racing media.

Combined, the platform delivers more than 40 million monthly views and impressions.

What are RAFA TV and RAFA Entertainment?

RAFA TV produces short and medium-form video and series. RAFA Entertainment produces long-form, network-quality programming with distribution at scale. Both are sub-entities of the Racing Club — they exist to capture what happens inside the platform and feed it back into the top of the funnel through Layer 01.

That loop — own the audience, own the experience, own the content about the experience, send it back to the audience — is the platform's compounding advantage.

Investors & Partners
Why invest in RAFA?

Because no one else owns the full funnel. Media companies sell ads. Clubs sell memberships. Teams chase sponsors. Retail brands chase reach. RAFA does all of it under one roof — which means every dollar of media spend feeds club acquisition, every member feeds team and retail revenue, and every race result feeds the media platform. The unit economics compound across layers.

What does a partnership with RAFA look like?

One audience, six layers, six integration points. A partner can show up in media (40M+ monthly impressions), in product (8TWELVE, 812 Brands, RAFA Motors, HEAT Health), inside the club (hospitality, member programming, on-site activations), on the racing team (livery, garage, factory program), in driver development, or in our owned content. Most partners use more than one layer — that is the point.
